What Is Coaching?
Every week, at a time we agree on, I will call you on your phone or Skype. You can choose what you would like to work on at the beginning of each session- whether it’s your goals that you identify at the beginning of the program, or something else that has come up in your life.
My free coaching assessment is a great way for you to learn more about coaching and how my program can help you. The client-coach relationship is SO important, and this assessment will give you a chance to see how we connect. We will address any questions or concerns you may have and talk about what goals you want to focus on in coaching. If you decide to move forward with coaching, we will set up our first session and discuss which payment plan is right for you.
If you want to make changes in your life, and you need some help or support getting there, coaching is a wonderful opportunity to make long-lasting changes. If you want a 10 minute solution, or to be told what to do, coaching is probably not for you.
Therapy is a healing process that takes patients from dysfunctional to functional. Coaching is an exploratory process that takes clients from functional to optimal.

Yes, I’m young! But I don’t believe in “too young to be a life coach.” Coaching is NOT about me telling you what you should do based on my life experiences. It’s about me helping you to discover more about you- why you have the habits you do, what you want to change, and how you want to make those changes.
Time and Money
Depending on the action items yoru commit to during each coaching session, you should expect to spend 2-3 hours per week on average. This includes the one hour coaching session. Turning your insights into action is an essential part of coaching, but making sure you don’t put too much on your plate is equally important!
You can pay the full cost of the program up front, or pay monthly. We will work together to find a payment plan that’s right for you. Please check the program offering for final costs.
